The belfry of the church will be inaugurated at 9.30 am followed by the inauguration and blessing of the church at 9.45 am. The first mass in the newly constructed church will be offered under the leadership of the bishop. Permude church parish priest Fr Melwin Fernandes, Kaayyar Christ the King Church parish priest Fr Victor D\u2019Souza, Dominican Provincial Fr Navin Saldanha, Kasargod diocese priest Fr John Vas, parish priests of various churches in Kasargod, priests who served in Kayyar Christ the King church, priests from Mangaluru diocese, nuns and Christian community members will take part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mangaluru diocese bishop Dr Peter Paul Saldanha will preside over the hall programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Permude church parish priest Fr Melwin Fernandes will welcome the gathering with an introductory address. \u2018Permudecho Parzal\u2019 souvenir will be released on the occasion by the bishop. The bishop, Dominican provincial Fr Navin Saldanha, Kayyar church parish priest Fr Victor D\u2019Souza who set in motion the church construction project, building engineer Paulson Correa Ernakulam and Navin Rajith D\u2019Souza who helped in the different activities in the church will be felicitated.
